LIMITED WARRANTY — CREATIVE MOOD
Last updated: October 21, 2026
Creative Mood stands behind the quality of its products and the fabrication work performed for each project.
This Limited Warranty establishes the scope, duration, conditions, exclusions, remedies, and procedures applicable to physical products manufactured or supplied by Creative Mood.
This warranty forms part of our Terms and Conditions, but constitutes the complete document regarding the specific warranty terms described herein.
A quotation, invoice, work order, or specific written agreement may establish additional or more favorable warranty terms for a particular project, provided that such terms do not reduce mandatory rights established by applicable law.
In this document, “invoice” refers to the applicable sales document issued by the relevant Creative Mood entity.

Special Notice for Consumers in the United States
The following provisions apply only when the product and transaction are subject to United States laws governing consumer product warranties.
This warranty is provided as a:
LIMITED WARRANTY
LIMITATION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES — UNITED STATES
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THE EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY APPLICABLE TO THE PRODUCT.
Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
Some states do not allow limiting the duration of an implied warranty, so the above limitation may not apply in your case.
INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES — UNITED STATES
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Creative Mood will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from a covered failure or from use of the product.
This limitation does not apply to personal injuries caused by a defective product.
Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
State Rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
This warranty grants you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
Who Is Covered in the United States
Unless applicable state law provides otherwise, this express Limited Warranty extends to the original consumer purchaser of the product and is not transferable.
This limitation does not apply to rights that applicable state law mandatorily grants to other owners or users of the product.

2. Duration of the Limited Warranty
Unless a specific document expressly provides for a longer period:
Illuminated Products — 1 Year
Includes:
LED Neon signs;
illuminated dimensional letters;
channel letters;
lightboxes;
illuminated signs;
infinity mirrors;
other similar illuminated products; and
LEDs, power supplies, controllers, dimmers, and wiring supplied by Creative Mood.
Custom Non-Illuminated Products — 90 Days
Includes, among other things:
displays;
decorative pieces;
non-illuminated signage;
structures;
3D-printed products; and
other custom finished products.
Installation Labor — 90 Days
Applies only when Creative Mood directly performed the installation as part of the contracted service.
The installed product independently retains the warranty period applicable to its category.
Beginning of the Warranty Period
The warranty begins:
for shipped or delivered products, on the date delivered to the customer or recipient;
for products picked up by the customer, on the pickup date;
for installation labor, upon completion of the installation; or
on another date where mandatory law establishes a different rule.
When a product combines components with different warranty periods, each component retains the period applicable to its category.
3. CNC, Laser, Cutting, Engraving, and Machining Services
Work is performed based on files, designs, dimensions, materials, and specifications approved by the customer.
Mandatory Written Approval Before Production
No CNC, laser, cutting, engraving, or machining work should enter production until the customer has approved in writing the information necessary to manufacture it.
Approval may be documented through:
email;
WhatsApp;
electronic platform;
quotation;
work order; or
another written method.
Approval constitutes authorization to manufacture according to the approved information.
Creative Mood's Responsibility
Creative Mood warrants that the service will be performed substantially in accordance with the approved specifications.
If Creative Mood executes a dimension, geometry, quantity, operation, or other characteristic differently from what was approved, Creative Mood will correct or repeat the affected service without charging labor.
When Creative Mood also supplied the affected material, Creative Mood will provide the material necessary to correct its own execution error.
Inspection Within 48 Hours
The customer must inspect the pieces upon receipt.
Errors reasonably visible in:
quantity;
geometry;
dimensions;
cutting;
engraving;
machining; or
requested finish
must be reported at delivery or within 48 hours after delivery.
After that period, the pieces will be considered accepted with respect to errors that reasonably could have been identified through ordinary inspection.
This does not eliminate claims involving latent defects that reasonably could not have been detected upon receipt, nor does it limit mandatory rights established by applicable law.
Incorrect Information Provided by the Customer
The customer is responsible for reviewing:
dimensions;
scales;
geometries;
tolerances;
quantities;
orientation;
thicknesses;
files;
designs;
drawings;
measurements; and
all other specifications provided or approved.
If Creative Mood correctly performs the work according to that information and it is later determined that the information was incorrect, there is no defect or error attributable to Creative Mood.
For example, if the customer requests a 35-inch piece and Creative Mood correctly manufactures it at 35 inches, but the customer later determines that 37 inches was required, the cost of making the new piece will be the customer's responsibility.
Creative Mood may voluntarily offer a preferred price to remake the work. Such courtesy does not constitute an admission of liability or a warranty obligation.
Customer-Supplied Materials
The customer assumes responsibility for the:
quality;
composition;
homogeneity;
condition;
stability;
actual thickness;
internal defects;
behavior during processing; and
compatibility
of any material supplied by the customer.
Creative Mood does not warrant customer-supplied materials.
If such material cracks, deforms, delaminates, or experiences problems due to its own characteristics, Creative Mood will not be responsible.
If Creative Mood makes an execution error on customer-supplied material, Creative Mood will repeat the applicable labor without charge, but the customer must supply the replacement material unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by mandatory law.
Damage After Delivery
Pieces that are subsequently broken, drilled, bent, modified, machined, improperly installed, or subjected to stress by the customer or third parties will not be considered defective solely because they later suffer damage.
Latent defects attributable to Creative Mood's process will be evaluated individually.
4. Products Covered
Products that may be covered include:
LED Neon signs;
dimensional letters;
channel letters;
lightboxes;
illuminated signs;
infinity mirrors;
signage;
displays;
finished CNC or laser products;
3D-printed products;
power supplies;
controllers;
dimmers;
electrical components;
structures manufactured by Creative Mood; and
other physical products expressly sold or manufactured by Creative Mood.
Services and files that are exclusively digital are governed by the Terms and Conditions and the specific terms applicable to the project.
5. What This Warranty Covers
This Limited Warranty covers defects directly attributable to:
fabrication;
assembly;
internal connections;
components supplied by Creative Mood;
structural manufacturing defects;
detachments caused by incorrect assembly; and
other verifiable defects attributable to Creative Mood.
LED and illuminated products are additionally governed by the following section.
Creative Mood may conduct a reasonable diagnosis before determining whether a failure is covered.
6. Specific Criteria for LED and Illuminated Products
A covered failure may include:
the product completely failing to illuminate;
an identifiable section of LED ceasing to function;
abnormal and persistent flickering not attributable to external electrical supply;
premature failure of a power supply, controller, or dimmer supplied by Creative Mood;
a marked and abnormal color difference between sections of the same product;
a sudden and significant loss of brightness in one section; or
another electrical failure attributable to fabrication or covered components.
Normal Degradation
Gradual reduction in brightness and minor changes in color tone are part of the normal aging of LED technology.
The following do not constitute defects:
gradual and uniform reduction in brightness;
slight and gradual color shift;
differences between products manufactured at different times or from different production batches;
normal variations between LED colors; or
degradation caused by operation outside electrical or environmental specifications.
The product must be operated within its specified voltage, wattage, temperature, and operating conditions.
7. What This Warranty Does Not Cover
Unless applicable law provides otherwise, this Limited Warranty does not cover damage, failures, deterioration, or loss of functionality caused in whole or in part by:
impacts, drops, collisions, or accidents;
vandalism;
negligence;
misuse, abuse, or use inconsistent with the purpose for which the product was manufactured;
improper storage;
improper installation performed by the customer or third parties;
subsequent modifications, repairs, or alterations not performed or authorized by Creative Mood;
drilling, cutting, welding, bending, or other modifications performed after delivery;
incorrect electrical connections;
reverse polarity;
connection to an electrical supply different from that specified for the product;
external short circuits;
overvoltage, undervoltage, power surges, or external electrical fluctuations;
defective, inadequate, or incompatible electrical systems at the property;
use of incompatible power supplies, dimmers, controllers, batteries, extension cords, adapters, or accessories;
exposure to water, rain, condensation, or excessive moisture when the product was not designed or specified for such conditions;
permanent or prolonged outdoor use of products designed exclusively for indoor use;
direct or prolonged exposure to sunlight, ultraviolet radiation, or heat when the materials or finishes used were not specified for outdoor exposure;
extremely high or low temperatures outside normal or specified operating conditions;
excessive relative humidity or environments with frequent condensation;
wind, dust, sand, or other airborne particles under conditions exceeding those for which the product was designed;
exposure to marine environments, salinity, salt spray, or highly corrosive atmospheres when the product was not expressly designed for such conditions;
exposure to vapors, gases, contaminants, corrosive substances, or aggressive industrial environments not contemplated in the product specifications;
contact with solvents, alcohols, aggressive chemicals, abrasive cleaners, corrosive agents, or cleaning products incompatible with the materials used;
cleaning with tools, fibers, abrasives, or procedures that scratch, deform, stain, or otherwise damage surfaces;
normal wear resulting from use;
normal cosmetic deterioration;
aging, oxidation, discoloration, or gradual change in appearance inherent to the materials when not attributable to a manufacturing defect;
normal degradation of electrical or lighting components as described in this warranty;
damage caused by pests, insects, animals, or persons;
damage directly caused by intervention, handling, or services improperly performed by third parties;
fires, floods, lightning strikes, earthquakes, storms, natural disasters, or other external events outside Creative Mood's reasonable control; or
any use, installation, maintenance, or storage contrary to the product's specifications, instructions, or intended purpose.
The presence of one of these circumstances does not automatically eliminate all warranty coverage. An exclusion will apply only where there is a reasonable relationship between the excluded circumstance and the claimed failure or damage.
When a product has been expressly designed, quoted, and sold to withstand a specific environmental condition — for example, outdoor use, humidity, solar exposure, or specified temperature conditions — that condition alone will not constitute an exclusion, provided the product was used within the agreed specifications.
Nothing in this section is intended to exclude or limit liability, warranties, or rights where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
8. Indoor and Outdoor Products
A product designed for indoor use does not become an outdoor-rated product merely because it is installed outdoors.
Exposure of indoor products to rain, moisture, solar radiation, or other outdoor conditions may result in damage that is not covered.
Products expressly sold for outdoor use will be evaluated according to the specifications agreed for those products.
9. Third-Party Electrical Components
Use of a third-party power supply, controller, dimmer, or other component does not automatically void the entire warranty.
However, damage directly caused by an incompatible, defective, or improperly used component is not covered.
10. Installations Performed by Creative Mood
Installation labor performed directly by Creative Mood is covered for 90 days.
This coverage applies to defects directly attributable to Creative Mood's installation work.
It does not cover:
pre-existing electrical systems;
structural movement;
water intrusion;
deteriorated surfaces;
concealed materials;
subsequent third-party intervention; or
conditions that could not reasonably have been detected during installation.
11. Installation or Repairs by Third Parties
Third-party intervention does not automatically void the entire warranty.
However, Creative Mood is not responsible for damage directly caused by such intervention.
Creative Mood may request evidence to determine the cause of a failure.
12. Normal Variations
Minor variations inherent to manual, digital, or mechanical fabrication processes do not constitute defects when they do not materially affect functionality or overall appearance.
This may include minor variations in:
dimensions;
alignment;
spacing;
bending;
welding;
finish;
positioning;
color tone; or
visual intensity.
Renders, photographs, and screens are approximate representations unless a physical reference or specific color system has been expressly agreed upon.
13. How to Submit a Claim
The customer can contact:
WhatsApp Mexico: +52 618 815 1658
United States / WhatsApp: +1 (310) 261-7908
We recommend providing:
name;
quotation/invoice number;
approximate purchase date;
description of the issue;
photographs;
videos; and
information reasonably necessary to diagnose the failure.
No specific wording is required to make a claim.
14. Response Times
Creative Mood will acknowledge receipt of a claim within a maximum of 2 business days.
Creative Mood will then provide an initial diagnosis, request additional information, or indicate next steps as soon as reasonably possible.
Timing may vary depending on:
the nature of the failure;
physical inspection;
availability of components;
transportation;
location; or
complexity of the repair.
Once a solution has been determined, Creative Mood will communicate the procedure and estimated timeframe to the customer.
15. Diagnosis
Diagnosis may be conducted through:
photographs;
videos;
video calls;
testing; or
physical inspection.
Its purpose is to determine:
the nature of the failure;
whether it occurred within the applicable warranty period;
its cause; and
the appropriate remedy.
Requesting evidence or conducting a diagnosis does not by itself constitute acceptance or denial of a claim.
16. Sending Products for Evaluation
A product should not be physically sent to Creative Mood without prior coordination.
Creative Mood may provide:
the correct address;
packaging instructions;
carrier information;
claim reference; and
the applicable procedure.
Expenses arising from uncoordinated shipments may not necessarily be reimbursable unless required by mandatory law.
17. Available Remedies
When a failure is covered, the remedy may include:
repair;
correction;
replacement part;
component replacement;
product replacement; or
another legally applicable remedy.
Where permitted by law, Creative Mood may reasonably repair or replace a part before replacing the entire product if doing so properly restores product functionality.
Mexico
Where the Mexican Federal Consumer Protection Law applies, the consumer retains all rights to repair, replacement, refund, compensation, price reduction, and any other remedies available under that law.
United States
Creative Mood will comply with the obligations expressly established in this Limited Warranty, in addition to any mandatory rights established under applicable federal or state law.
18. Expenses Related to a Valid Warranty Claim
Mexico — Consumers
Creative Mood will cover expenses that it is legally required to bear in order to honor a valid warranty claim.
United States — Consumers
When a product must be physically sent to Creative Mood:
the consumer will pay the cost of shipping the product to Creative Mood, unless applicable law provides otherwise;
Creative Mood will cover parts and labor for a covered repair; and
Creative Mood will cover the reasonable cost of shipping the product back to the consumer.
When the issue can be resolved by sending a replacement component, Creative Mood will cover the reasonable cost of that shipment.
Commercial Customers
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a commercial warranty does not automatically include:
removal;
reinstallation;
cranes;
lifts;
special access;
business interruption;
lost revenue; or
third-party services.
These limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
19. Warranty Repairs
Mexico
Where Mexican law applies:
time during which the product remains under warranty repair will not count against the warranty period;
replaced parts will be subject to the legally applicable warranty period; and
replacement of the entire product will renew the applicable warranty period as provided by law.
United States and Other Transactions
Unless applicable law provides greater rights, a repaired or replaced product or component will remain covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days from the repair or replacement, whichever is longer.
20. Replacement Parts
Creative Mood will make reasonable efforts to maintain or obtain components reasonably necessary during the warranty period.
When a particular part is no longer available, a technically compatible equivalent component may be used where legally permitted.
21. Components Manufactured by Third Parties
The incorporation of components manufactured by third parties does not eliminate Creative Mood's obligations concerning the product it sold.
Any additional manufacturer's warranty also does not reduce rights enforceable against Creative Mood under applicable law.
22. Custom Products
The customized nature of a product does not eliminate coverage for actual defects attributable to Creative Mood.
It is not considered a defect if the customer later:
changes their mind;
changes location;
modifies their brand;
no longer needs the product;
cancels an event;
prefers different dimensions, colors, or design; or
notices an error that was clearly visible in the approved design.
23. Transportation, Loss, Damage, and Shipping Insurance
Damage caused exclusively during transportation does not constitute a manufacturing defect.
When available, Creative Mood may offer shipping coverage or insurance and recommends purchasing it.
Creative Mood is not the insurer.
Coverage, limits, exclusions, deductibles, and the amount of any indemnity are determined by the terms of the carrier or insurer.
Creative Mood does not guarantee that:
a claim will be approved;
the damage will be deemed covered; or
any indemnity will exceed the amount actually insured.
An approved indemnity may be used to compensate for the insured value and to place a new fabrication order.
Creative Mood is not obligated to manufacture another product free of charge in an amount exceeding the indemnity or coverage actually applicable.
Confirmation of Shipping Coverage
When optional coverage is offered, the customer must confirm in writing whether it is accepted or declined.
The decision may be documented through:
quotation;
invoice;
invoice;
email;
WhatsApp; or
another written method.
Consumers in Mexico
When Creative Mood contracts or coordinates transportation, accepting or declining optional insurance does not eliminate or reduce the consumer's legal rights.
Responsibility for loss or damage before delivery will be determined under applicable Mexican law.
Consumers in the United States
Allocation of risk during transportation will be subject to the applicable terms of sale and federal and state law.
Declining optional shipping coverage does not constitute a waiver of rights that cannot legally be waived.
Commercial Customers
When the documentation for a B2B transaction expressly provides:
the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer at the time Creative Mood properly delivers the product to the carrier for shipment, unless the applicable document establishes a different rule.
The quotation or invoice should state, where applicable:
Shipping Insurance: Accepted / Declined.
Specific transportation terms agreed by the parties will prevail to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Visible Shipping Damage
We recommend reporting visible transportation damage within 48 hours after receipt and retaining:
packaging;
photographs;
labels;
tracking documentation; and
evidence of the damage.
Prompt reporting facilitates a transportation claim but does not eliminate any mandatory rights of the customer.
24. Commercial Customers
When a product is purchased primarily for business, professional, industrial, commercial, or resale purposes, the commercial terms expressly established in the quotation, invoice, purchase order, or other agreement will apply.
Protections legally reserved for consumers may not apply.
For commercial transactions involving Creative Mood LLC and governed by Wyoming law, an agreed allocation of risk under a shipment contract may take effect when Creative Mood properly delivers the goods to the carrier, unless the contract requires delivery at a specific destination or establishes a different rule.
25. Consumers in Mexico
Where the Mexican Federal Consumer Protection Law applies:
no provision of this warranty will reduce mandatory rights;
no non-waivable right will be considered waived;
legally available remedies remain available; and
the authority of PROFECO and other competent authorities remains unaffected.
When there is a conflict between this warranty and a mandatory legal provision that is more favorable to the consumer, the mandatory legal provision will prevail.
For each transaction with consumers in Mexico, the invoice, sales receipt, or delivery receipt will identify the product, the delivery date, and expressly reference this Limited Warranty so that the consumer has a written warranty applicable to the corresponding transaction.
26. Consumers in the United States
This section applies only when the product is a consumer product and the transaction falls within United States law governing consumer warranties.
This warranty is a:
LIMITED WARRANTY
Creative Mood does not require consumers to use exclusively Creative Mood services, parts, or components in order to preserve the entire warranty.
However, this warranty does not cover damage directly caused by parts, modifications, installations, or services improperly performed by third parties.
Creative Mood does not require use of a private dispute resolution mechanism as a prerequisite to exercising rights under this Limited Warranty, unless such a mechanism is later implemented and disclosed in a manner permitted by applicable law.
The limitations relating to implied warranties and incidental or consequential damages stated at the beginning of this document apply only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
27. Availability Before Purchase
Creative Mood will make this Limited Warranty reasonably available before completion of consumer transactions where such availability is legally required.
It may be provided through:
the website;
a link in a quotation;
a link in an invoice;
an electronic document; or
another appropriate method.
The version applicable to a transaction will be the version actually made available to the customer for that transaction, unless more favorable specific terms are agreed upon in writing.
28. Relationship to the Terms and Conditions
Creative Mood's Terms and Conditions continue to govern general matters such as:
contracting;
approvals;
payments;
intellectual property;
installation;
shipping;
commercial customers; and
dispute resolution.
However, for consumer products subject to United States warranty law, the material terms of this Limited Warranty — coverage, exclusions, duration, procedures, remedies, expenses, and limitations — are contained in this document itself.
The Terms and Conditions may not be used to reduce rights or obligations expressly established in this Limited Warranty where prohibited by applicable law.
29. Language and Applicable Version
This Limited Warranty may be made available in Spanish, English, or both languages.
The jurisdiction applicable to a transaction does not depend on the language used.
A transaction conducted by Creative Mood LLC in the United States remains subject to applicable United States law even when the quotation, negotiation, warranty, and other documentation are provided in Spanish.
Likewise, a transaction conducted by the provider located in Mexico remains subject to applicable Mexican law even when documentation is provided in English.
Transactions Documented in Spanish
When the warranty made available to and accepted by the customer is the Spanish version, that version will be the contractual version used to interpret the transaction, subject to mandatory provisions of the applicable jurisdiction.
Transactions Documented in English
When the warranty made available to and accepted by the customer is the English version, that version will be the applicable contractual version, likewise subject to any mandatory legal provisions.
Transactions Where Both Versions Are Provided
When both versions are provided, Creative Mood will seek to ensure that they are substantially equivalent.
The quotation, invoice, or other project document may identify which version was accepted as the contractual version.
No translation discrepancy will be interpreted to reduce mandatory rights available to the customer under applicable law.
United States regulatory notices appearing in English in the Spanish version of this warranty are included together with a Spanish translation to facilitate understanding by Spanish-speaking customers.

Our Commitment
At Creative Mood, we believe that a warranty should be more than a contractual provision. It should also provide an effective process for responding when a product experiences a legitimate failure attributable to our work.
Our commitment is to evaluate warranty claims professionally, objectively, and with reasonable efficiency, seeking to identify the cause of the issue and provide the appropriate solution under this Limited Warranty and applicable law.
When a covered defect is Creative Mood's responsibility, we will work to correct it efficiently. When a failure has a different cause, we will seek to explain that clearly and, when possible, may offer repair alternatives, replacement components, or options to remake the work under reasonable commercial terms.
This service commitment does not expand, modify, or replace the terms, exclusions, coverage periods, or remedies established in this Limited Warranty, nor does it constitute a waiver of any rights or defenses available to Creative Mood.
Our goal is simple: to stand behind the work we do, address legitimate issues seriously, and maintain a clear and responsible relationship with our customers.
